Tim Elli, Senior Vice President of Project Management, recently completed a ground-up construction project for ELCO Cadillac in Ballwin, MO. An existing building at 15110 Manchester Road was demolished to make way for a new 20,000 square foot prototype building. The design’s modern aesthetic reflects the future of Cadillac. TRi Architects and BSI Construction performed the design and construction.
