Todd Spitzer

Todd Spitzer joined Gershman Commercial Real Estate in 2024 as Senior Vice President.  He provides strategic portfolio oversight of office and retail properties owned by entities related to the Gershman family.  Todd’s responsibilities include acquisition, disposition and lease analysis, financial modeling, capital planning, and owner distribution analysis and reporting.  He works closely with Gershman’s leasing, accounting and property management teams to ensure a high level of performance and execution.

Todd began his commercial real estate career in 2006 as a Transaction Manager with Cassidy Turley.  He later transitioned into Asset Management, holding leadership roles at SARA Investment Real Estate and most recently with Bamboo Equity Partners.  His diverse experience also includes contract negotiation, project management, business development, and organizational strategy.
