We are excited to announce the addition of Jenny Gross, Senior Property Manager. She is responsible for the management of two Class A office towers in Clayton, with duties that include tenant relations, vendor/contract management, variance reporting, and capital planning, among others. She joins Gershman with 18+ years of property and facilities management experience, beginning with Cassidy Turley and most recently Altus Properties.
