Effective January 1, 2024, Gershman is pleased to take over the property management and maintenance services for Finance Centre, a 46,000sf office building located at 2299 Technology Dr in Winghaven. Current tenants include New American Funding, DISA Global Advisors, Edward Jones, and RedKey Realty Leaders.
