Effective November 1, Gershman has been engaged to provide full-service property management and maintenance services for six multi-tenant properties owned by entities related to Hoffmann Brothers. The engagement also includes accounting-only services for four properties solely occupied by Hoffmann related companies, including assets in Tennessee and Colorado.
Hoffmann Brothers is a full-service residential and commercial provider of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, drains, sewer, water heaters, duct cleaning, electrical and appliance repair services with an over 40-year history in the St. Louis area.
