Effective May 1, Gershman is pleased to provide full-service property management for 1122 Town & Country Commons on behalf of the Greater St. Louis Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. The 48,000 square foot two-story office building is partially occupied by the General Services Administration (GSA). The Scouts acquired the building for their headquarters office, which is undergoing a substantial renovation on the 2nd floor.
