Gershman is excited to welcome Scott Bopp to the team as Property Manager where he will be responsible for a portfolio of office and retail assets, along with several associations. Scott began his career as an Intelligence Analyst for the U.S. Army, followed by 20 years in commercial property management with Cushman & Wakefield and most recently Cozad Commercial Real Estate.
