Tim Balk specializes in the retail and office sectors, and has been active in the St. Louis commercial real estate community for over 29 years in leasing, sales, and property management.

Tim leads the leasing team for the 18 Gershman family owned centers, and recently leased the 35,700 square foot Old Orchard Retail Center. Tim also leased Manchester Plaza retail center and completed over 116,000 square feet in leases to Academy Sports+ Outdoors, Bob’s Discount Furniture and Pan-Asia Supermarket.Tim manages the marketing and leasing for three, Class A office buildings in Chesterfield along with numerous other office properties. He previously assisted in the acquisition of single-family homes and apartment buildings for the purpose of developing land and managed multi-family housing for a local company with a portfolio of over 5,000 units.

He has completed numerous retail transactions involving the following: Babble Creek Retail Center, O’Fallon Arcade, Old Orchard Retail Center, Manchester Plaza, The Legends, Olive Arcade, Baxter Center, and the Louis London Buildings.
