Theresa Biermann joined Gershman in 2012 and leads the marketing and broker administration functions. Her responsibilities include the design of all company marketing deliverables and proposals, creation of digital/print advertising, maintenance of company and property-specific websites, management of social media channels, creation of quarterly market reports, design of signage layouts, planning and executing of broker events, and management/oversight of listing services such as CoStar and Catylist. In addition, she manages email marketing campaigns, takes building photos and drone photos as needed, creates 360 virtual tours, and handles yearly client gifts.

She oversees employee events, outings, and parties; including our yearly company meetings and awards. Theresa also spearheads Gershman Gives Back, our employee-led charitable initiative that coordinates volunteer opportunities.

Theresa has over 23 years of commercial real estate marketing experience, including prior roles with Altus Properties and Discovery Group. She is highly skilled with various design programs including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and web creation software Dreamweaver and WordPress.
