Ami Kutz, CPA

Ami Kutz joined Gershman in 2019 and serves as Senior Vice President of the Accounting department.  Her responsibilities include financial statements, budget preparation, operating expense reconciliations, cash management, and onboarding of new accounts.  Ami supervises the daily operations of the department and plays a critical role in client relationship management.

Ami has over 25 years of accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry.  She began her career as a Trust Accountant at Boatmen’s Trust, followed by over 22 years at Sachs Properties where she held a variety of ascending roles from Accounts Receivable all the way up to President and CFO.
