The 170,000 square foot office building has undergone significant capital improvements over the last several years, including mechanical upgrades, common area renovations, parking lot repairs, and the addition of a building café and conference room.
The building currently offers up to 48,000 square feet of available office space, with a maximum contiguous size of 29,000 square feet. Current tenants include MetLife, Clearent, and HBE Corporation.
