Kelly Shinstock joined Gershman Commercial Real Estate in April 2022 as Vice President, Property Management, overseeing a team responsible for over 1.7 million SF of office, retail, association, and industrial assets.  She manages several office properties in Chesterfield and Creve Coeur, and participates in Property Management client relations, business development, and recruitment initiatives. She also provides guidance and development to a 5-person team.

Kelly has over 26 years of experience with property and asset management.  Her career began at Sansone Group, and she went on to hold positions with several independent firms including Midwest Retail Properties and Balke Brown Transwestern.  Most recently, Kelly oversaw the management of two high rise office towers in Clayton on behalf of Crest Management.
