Gershman Commercial Real Estate is pleased to welcome Kelly Shinstock as Vice President, Property Management, overseeing a team responsible for an approximately 1.3 million SF portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. She directly manages several office properties in Chesterfield and Creve Coeur, and participates in Property Management client relations, business development, and recruitment initiatives. She also provides guidance and development to a 3-person team.
Kelly brings over 23 years of commercial property management experience, working for several local firms including Sansone Group, L3 and Balke Brown Transwestern. Most recently, she was responsible for overseeing two Class A office towers in Clayton on behalf of Crest Management.
