Congratulations to Tina Ripple on her recent promotion to Vice President, Property Management. In her first year with Gershman, Tina has brought tremendous value to our firm’s relationship with BurkHill Real Estate. She has integrated seamlessly with the brokerage, project management and maintenance teams working on the Chesterfield office portfolio. Tina has displayed strong leadership not only within her team but has also been a great resource for our Property Management Department.
Tina oversees a Class A office portfolio totaling over 700,000 SF across 9 office buildings. Her responsibilities include operating budget preparation and analysis, account reporting, tenant relations, vendor/contract management, insurance administration, client relations, and supervision of maintenance personnel and services.
