Gershman was honored to be part of the successful repositioning of the Westport Flex Center portfolio in Maryland Heights. Acquired in June 2021 by a local real estate investor, the portfolio has undergone significant capital improvements including painting, landscaping, parking lot repairs, lighting upgrades, and signage enhancements. Our brokerage team of Louis Copilevitz and Lou Panopoulos worked closing with ownership to execute 25 new leases and 15 lease renewals, bringing the occupancy rate from 40% at purchase to 96% at the one-year anniversary.
