Congratulations to Ami Kutz on her well-earned promotion to Senior Vice President, Accounting. In this role, she will continue to supervise the daily operations of the Property Accounting department and play a critical role in client relationship management. Her day-to-day responsibilities include financial statements, budget preparation, operating expense reconciliations, cash management, onboarding of new accounts, and insurance program management.
Ami has over 25 years of commercial real estate accounting experience. She began her career as a Trust Accountant at Boatmen’s Trust, followed by over 22 years at Sachs Properties where she held a variety of ascending roles from Accounts Receivable all the way up to President and CFO.
