Gershman Commercial Real Estate has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3+ years of commercial property maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems.
- Experience implementing and following preventive maintenance schedules.
- Proficient computer skills to navigate work order and EMS systems.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of maintenance repairs and services for commercial properties including office, retail, and industrial buildings.
- Ability to work closely with property managers and assist in monitoring outside contractors.
- Professional and courteous interaction with tenants, vendors, and clients.
