Harrison Pruett.

A native St. Louisan, Harrison Pruett attended John Burroughs School, graduating in 2020, before earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in May 2024. He majored in Finance with a focus in Real Estate. Harrison brings a strong analytical foundation to his work, with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling that supports accurate valuation and informed decision-making. His local roots, combined with a disciplined, quantitative approach, allow him to deliver well-informed insights across the St. Louis commercial real estate landscape.

Harrison joined Gershman Commercial Real Estate in February 2025 as an Associate in the Brokerage division. He works alongside Chris Fox, CEO & Managing Principal, with a focus on investment sales, commercial acquisitions, and both Landlord and Tenant representation throughout the greater St. Louis market. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in transactions totaling over $14 million in volume across multiple asset types, including land listings, retail dispositions, and office and industrial acquisitions, while gaining exposure to a variety of deal structures. He is currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation to further enhance his expertise in investment analysis and client advisory.
