Dennis McIver

Dennis joined Gershman Commercial Real Estate in September 2021.  In his role as Vice President of Maintenance & Facility Services, he provides leadership over the daily operation of the maintenance division.  His responsibilities include supervision of 13 technicians, implementation of a new work order system, personnel training, fleet/inventory management, preventive maintenance programs, project management and vendor coordination/oversight.

Prior to joining Gershman, Dennis served as Senior Building Engineer for Intelica CRE, where he managed a team of 6 technicians responsible for maintaining over 3 million SF of commercial properties.  He spent nearly 20 years with CBRE in a supervisory role, overseeing a large team of technicians and implementing new technologies to increase efficiencies.  Dennis’ career began as a Boiler Technician with the United States Navy where he was responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of mechanical equipment.
