Randy has more than 20 years of building maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Prior to joining Gershman Commercial Real Estate in 2011, he was responsible for overseeing the maintenance services of over 2,000,000 SF of office, retail and industrial buildings with Coldwell Banker Commercial. Randy also supervised the staff of 8 maintenance employees.
Randy was instrumental in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs in the buildings and provided after-hours response to building emergencies.
Randy’s strengths lie in the rapport he has established with tenants, and this knowledge allows him to anticipate and respond to the individual needs of each tenant quickly and effectively.
