Heather Bustamante joined Gershman Commercial Real Estate in November 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Property Manager in July 2023. She currently oversees a portfolio of approximately 600,000 square feet of Class-A office and retail properties throughout St. Louis County.

Prior to joining Gershman, Heather spent two years at Midwest Retail Properties, gaining hands-on experience in retail property operations.

In her current role, Heather is responsible for the full scope of property management operations, including financial performance, tenant relations, capital planning, and vendor oversight. Her approach is proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness and identifying opportunities that enhance both property performance and tenant experience. She takes pride in treating each asset as if it were her own, with a focus on maximizing value for ownership while maintaining a high standard of care across her portfolio.
