Jenny Gross joined Gershman Commercial Real Estate in September 2022.  As a Senior Property Manager, she oversees the management of two Class A office towers totaling approximately 500,000 square feet.  Her responsibilities include building inspections, tenant relations, vendor/contract management, coordination of maintenance services, monthly financial reporting, annual budget preparation, collections, invoice approvals, and project management.

Jenny has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including lease administration and facilities and property management.  She began her career at Cassidy Turley and worked in ascending roles for over 9 years.  Most recently, she was a Senior Property Manager for Altus Properties, where she was responsible for a portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and medical properties totaling over 750,000 sf and with 75+ tenants.
