John Wright joined Gershman Commercial Real Estate in February 2023 as Senior Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of industrial, retail and office properties. His responsibilities include operating budget preparation and analysis, account reporting, tenant relations, vendor/contract management, insurance administration, client relations, and management of capital improvement projects.

John has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate including property management, asset management, and leasing/brokerage. He began his career at Bakewell Corporation followed by roles with CB Richard Ellis, First Industrial Realty Trust, and Block Hawley. Most recently, John served as the Regional Director of Property Management for Northpoint Development, where he was responsible for oversight of an industrial portfolio totaling over 10 million square feet.
