Gershman Commercial Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate services firm in St. Louis, MO, announced the promotion of Molly Studer to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Since joining the firm in 2020, Molly has played a vital role in developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives, overseeing employee recruitment and onboarding, directly managing all marketing, communications, and office administration functions, and pursuing new business opportunities.
In January 2022, Molly’s role expanded to include leadership over the property management, project management, and maintenance departments. In this capacity, she worked closely with service line leaders to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
As COO, Molly will now lead and scale all company operations, while continuing to provide oversight of the company’s service lines. She will continue to report directly to President & CEO Chris Fox and will work closely with Fox and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Sue Strubinger to develop and implement strategies for growth and success.
Molly has a proven track record of accomplishment with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including property management, lease administration, business development, client relations, operations, project management, due diligence, and recruitment. Prior to joining Gershman, she served as Vice President of Operations at Intelica CRE, where she had operational oversight of the firm’s entire property management services platform. She then served as Director of Client Development at JEMA, where she was responsible for business development, client relationship management, and firm recruitment initiatives.
Molly is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker and member of both the St. Louis and National Association of Realtors. She remains very active in the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) organization, where she currently serves as Secretary of the Executive Board.
“Molly’s expertise and leadership have been invaluable,” said Chris Fox. “I am thrilled to have Molly elevate her role to COO and look forward to working closely with her to take Gershman to the next level.”
