Gershman is pleased to welcome Tim Hessel as Project Manager. In this new position, he will be managing tenant finish and capital improvement projects across the firm’s managed portfolio and on behalf of occupier clients. Tim brings over 8 years of project management experience, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for managing a variety of project types on behalf of national clients. Earlier in his career, Tim gained valuable experience in the mortgage and residential real estate industries.
