Gershman Commercial Real Estate, one of the St. Louis region’s largest and most active CRE firms, has expanded its ownership.
The company announced Monday that it has added as principals of the firm:
Chief Operating Officer Molly Studer, who joined Gershman in 2020 as senior vice president in a business development role, had served as executive vice president of operations before being promoted to COO this spring. Responsible for Gershman’s firmwide operational leadership, Studer has played a role in developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives, overseeing employee recruitment and development, and pursuit of new business opportunities, officials said.
