Effective July 1, Gershman has been engaged by Land Dynamics, Inc to provide property/facility support services for their St Louis portfolio, which consists of 5 office buildings and 1 retail shopping center. Dennis McIver, our Vice President of Maintenance & Facilities, will take the lead on working with Land Dynamics to ensure that all properties are maintained to a high standard.
